Lodging Partners Announces Sale of Five Remaining Affordable Corporate Suites Properties in Virginia

Lodging Partners, LLC is pleased to announce the successful sale of the five remaining Affordable Corporate Suites (“ACS”) extended-stay properties located in Virginia. Lodging Partners represented the Buyer and brokered the sale.

This transaction marks the completion of a multi-year engagement in which Lodging Partners advised on and successfully sold all 13 Affordable Corporate Suites properties across North Carolina and Virginia over a five-year period. The disposition also included the sale of a mini-storage facility, along with the Affordable Corporate Suites brand name and associated marks.

The Buyer has now completed its 20th acquisition with Lodging Partners over the past decade. Throughout this long-term relationship, Lodging Partners has advised the Buyer on acquisitions ranging from single-asset opportunities to multi-property portfolio transactions, supporting their strategic expansion in the economy extended-stay segment. This continued relationship reflects Lodging Partners’ ability to identify opportunities, navigate transaction complexities, and deliver results aligned with the Buyer’s long-term investment objectives.
