Lodging Partners Announces the Successful Sale of the HomeTowne Studios Carolina Portfolio

Lodging Partners, LLC is pleased to announce the successful sale of the HomeTowne Studios Carolina Portfolio on behalf of a large institutional owner.

The portfolio included HomeTowne Studios Winston-Salem, HomeTowne Studios Raleigh–Durham, and HomeTowne Studios Spartanburg. These transactions represent three successful individual dispositions completed by Lodging Partners for the seller within the same extended-stay platform.

All three properties were acquired by regional hotel investors focused on extended-stay assets and operational optimization. The sales highlight continued investor demand for well-located extended-stay properties and value-add opportunities in secondary and tertiary markets.
