Lodging Partners is pleased to announce that it has arranged the sale of the 64-unit Mariners Suites & Storage in Kingsland, GA, located in the southeastern corner of coastal Georgia, just north of the Florida border.  The Mariners Suites is located just a short drive from the Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base, the area’s largest employer and the home port to the Atlantic fleet’s Trident II nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarines.  Civilian contractors servicing the maintenance and upgrades of these subs come into Kingsland for 30 to 90-day assignments and provide a significant amount of ongoing extended-stay business to the Hotel.  The property also includes the adjacent Mariners Storage facility, which contains 120 Climate Controlled Storage Units and RV/Boat Parking and provides excellent cash flow to the Property.
